What Happens at Your Emergency Appointment
We make the process straightforward so you know what to expect from the moment you call.
1. Call or book online. Contact us during our business hours — Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and every other Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We will ask about your symptoms and schedule you the same day.
2. Same-day exam. You will be seen promptly by one of our doctors, who will listen to your concerns and examine the affected area.
3. Diagnosis with digital X-rays. We use low-radiation digital X-rays to see what is happening beneath the surface — infection, cracks, or decay that may not be visible to the eye.
4. Treatment or interim relief. Depending on your condition, we may provide definitive treatment during your visit or offer interim relief (such as a temporary filling or medication) with a follow-up plan.
5. Follow-up plan. We will explain your next steps, whether that means scheduling a root canal, placing a permanent crown, or simply monitoring the area. You will leave with clear instructions and a path forward.
